WHAT IS COACHING?
Professional coaching is 'partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential’ as defined by the International Coaches Federation.

A coach will not give you advice or tell you what to do. Instead, a coach is your guide to self-discovery. We are all inherently creative, resourceful and whole - not broken to be fixed.

WHAT IS YOUR COACHING PHILOSOPHY?
I coach through the principles of the Co-Active model, a coaching methodology developed by the Co-Active Training Institute based on the understanding that each of us is already creative, resourceful and whole. My role as your coach is to guide you to the answers you already have inside by evoking transformation focused on you as a whole person - mind, body and spirit.
WHAT'S YOUR PROCESS?
I offer 1:1 online and phone coaching sessions through pre-set and personalized packages based on your goals. You may choose bi-weekly sessions or opt for weekly calls to gain momentum. I recommend coaching engagements that last between 3 to 6 months to experience lasting shifts.

​We will begin by both getting to know you better by (re)discovering your values, your source of inner wisdom and what your life calling may be. We will assess where you are today and connect with your dreams and goals to make them a reality.
WHAT HAPPENS IN A COACHING SESSION?
In each coaching session you'll bring a topic for us to explore together.  I'll ask powerful questions to deepen your experience around the topic building your resonance and clarity (i.e. 'aha' moments). We conclude each session with actionable steps to move you forward towards your goals with accountability for lasting transformation.
WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
I charge on a monthly basis for personalized 1:1 coaching sessions, access to individualized tools and resources, and email communication with me, as needed, between our conversations.  I'm happy to discuss pricing options with you in our complimentary intro session as we craft a plan tailored to you.
HOW IS COACHING DIFFERENT FROM THERAPY?
A significant difference is that coaching focuses on the present and the future. Coaching is action-oriented and holds clients accountable for their transformation.
