MEET YOUR COACH

After over a decade managing hospitality programs and designing human-centered experiences for leading lifestyle, luxury and high growth brands, including Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Google, and WeWork, I felt a clear calling to serve others in a new way: by helping people tap into their inner wisdom and design the lives they want.

I began my coaching journey after experiencing powerful coaching firsthand and discovering my life purpose. I am now a professional Co-Active coach trained and certified by the Co-Active Training Institute and the International Coaches Federation (ACC). My coaching style is rooted in creating connection, nurturing inner wisdom and propelling my clients into action -- all with a touch of warm hospitality.

I've made it a priority to design (and redesign) my life through its many transitions since childhood. Always ensuring I am living according to my values -- living my fully expressed life -- knowing what excites me, motivates me and energizes me.

I have lived in three countries and speak four languages, including fluent Russian and Italian. I now call San Francisco my home after almost two decades in New York City.

When I'm not coaching, you can find me cooking, doing yoga, hiking, journaling, and exploring the world with my husband. My joys in life are connecting with people deeply and always learning and evolving.
